WWII USAAF Flying Helmet

A USAAF Type A-11 Flying Helmet by Fox Chase Knitting Mills. The leather is in excellent overall condition, and is clean, supple and undamaged. Bennett type buckle and straps.The lining is in very good condition overall very near mint example. Nice clear AAF marked label. Buckled rear adjustment strap although retaining the earlier directly attached oxygen mask press studs. Unwired. Card to up-grade this example. And in a Large size.
