An original US Navy Women's Reserve Officer Garrison Cap named to Lt. Anna E. Gray. In good condition and is starched. Navy Officer and Lt. Rank (clutch back fittings) Labelled inside.

Lt. Anna G. Grey enlisted as a WAVE and was selected for officer candidate school near the end of the war. She attained the reank of Captain retiring in the mid 1960's.
